Future Blueprints is a celebration of the upcoming generation of producers who are making their own unique mark on the scene, and gives us a snapshot of the excellent quality and imagination out there amongst the next wave of progressive artists. 

First up, Argentina’s Agustin Pengov gives us ‘SEIA’, a melodic masterstroke which oozes class and manages to remain both subtle and furious in the same breath. 

The goose bumps continue as we stay in South America, but move next door to Uruguay with ‘Distance’ from Alex Efe & Diego Barrondo, two of Uruguay’s hottest exports, who regularly collaborate, and it shows with this blistering ride of a track. 

Next we travel to Sydney, Australia, by way of Sam Cooke, AKA Covsky, who proves he really is one to watch on the Aussie new school scene with this emotive heads down groover called ‘Whole 9’. 

We head back to South America, but this time we land in São Paulo, Brazil and are greeted by Gorkiz and his anthemic  ‘Intuition’. 

A second collaboration is next up, and this time we are spanning the globe with Serbia-based Hobin Rude and Argentina’s Nicolas Benedetti and their sublime ‘Orhidea’. 

Last, but certainly not least we close this compilation with the fittingly titled ‘End of a New Era’ from Buenos Aires’ Matias Ocaño. An emotive and melancholic gem. 

We are left in no doubt that the future of progressive house music is in very good hands.

Hobin Rude & Nicolas Benedetti - Orhidea

Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint rounds out the month of May by showcasing new interpretations of ‘There’ by Jean Caillou. First emerging in 2016, Swiss artist Jean Caillou quickly established himself with releases via Magician On Duty, RYNTH, Sag & Tre and Underyourskin Records, where his deep, melodious sound flourished. Moving forward, July of 2019 saw the Zurich resident make his Sound Avenue debut with a well-received remix of Joe Miller’s ‘The Days’. Deep and enchanting in equal measure, its organic vibe immediately won over DJs and fans alike, sparking what has been a fruitful relationship between the Belgian imprint and Swiss artist. Now, nearly four years on from his label debut and Jean has recorded two artist EPs and two additional remixes, making him one of Sound Avenue’s most steadfast artists. Sitting as a highlight on Caillou’s resume has been ‘There’, a track which served as the lead piece on his first Sound Avenue artist showcase ‘Departure Unknown’. Its romantic overtones and intriguing vocal stylings found favour with a cross-section of electronic music tastemakers, while also receiving a progressive oriented remix from Dutch artist Daniel Van Der Zwaag. Now, looking to breathe new life into the track as we enter the summer season, Sound Avenue invites Berni Turletti, Beije and about : river to reimagine the production in their own unique essence. 

Providing the first remix of ‘There’ is Berni Turletti who returns to the label for his second appearance. Perhaps best known for his releases on Or Two Strangers, Higher States, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden, Berni Turletti brings a unique energy and perspective to progressive music. With the backing of Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, the Argentinean artist has been tipped as one of the genre’s future stars. The last two calendar years have seen Berni continue to emerge, recording standout projects for Peace Symphonies, Plattenbank, Proportion and Mango Alley. Madloch’s Sound Avenue has also been a home for the Cordoba resident, with a well received remix of Forty Cats landing in July of last year.  Now, fresh off a remix for label affiliate 3rd Avenue, Berni returns to Sound Avenue with a gorgeous take on ‘There’. While maintaining the elusive spirit of the original, the Argentinean artist crafts a sweeping sonic experience all his own, one where redolent themes and heartfelt sonics blanket warm rippling grooves and flashing percussive arrangements. Coming to full fruition across the main break, it’s a bucolic college of pianos and effects which serves to elevate mood onwards to a thumping finale.

Chris Odium is a new face on the Dissident label roster, but he’s been a friend of the label (and on our musical radar) for a very long time! His deep, melodic releases on labels from Silk Music to Nuevadeep have delivered consistent inspiration and emotional moments for over a decade. His signature sound blurs lines between deep house, techno and progressive, and we’re really happy to welcome him to Dissident Music! Augmented Reality soars with classic Detroit-style pad stabs, ethereal melodies, and whispered vox, all underwritten by a captivating Reese bassline and grooving drums. We are Los Hubibis — a Canadian–Swiss house duo based in Zurich. Born under a disco ball (and in love), our music is as much about connection as it is about rhythm — a blend of groove and emotion, intimacy and intensity.

Drawing from deep house, indie dance, tech house, and melodic techno, our sound reflects our roots and travels: multicultural, story-driven, and rooted in emotional release. Whether weaving in tribal textures or progressive builds, we explore the tension between light and dark, always with the dancefloor in mind.

As producers, DJs, and creators of open creative tools for other artists, our work extends beyond music — into designing experiences and building a more inclusive, expressive electronic scene. We believe in breaking down barriers: between genres, between people, and between the dancefloor and the soul.

In 2024–2025, our music has been featured on respected underground labels including Café de Anatolia, Blechtrommel, and Future Avenue, with multiple tracks picked up for Mixcloud radio support, playlist features, and tastemaker curation.
