We made this set with the selection we had prepared for the one that was supposed to be our first festival, last summer. Of course the one that never happened, but the one we still hope to play at. In honor to Días de Campo (Field Days in Spanish), to the old good open airs days, the party days.
A set that goes from 115 to 130 bpm, the way we like it, with a selection that goes from funky and disco, to house and soul, trough african, percussion, deep and ravey tunes, all try to put together in a festival vibe.
Listen to it and try to think how it would have been.

Berlin Germany, March 2020. The Corona virus ultimately has the city in its grip, resulting in venues being cancelled and clubs being closed until the end of April. We’re all experiencing tough times as artists and musicians, but nevertheless let’s all stay positive and look forward to the bright times ahead. 

In order to cheer you up, Loser Records invited their buddy Kid Simius, to spread some good mood and positive energy.

Almost ten years ago Kid Simius moved from Granada in the south of Spain to Berlin. Since then he has produced unmistakable number one and underground hits and became part of the live band of one of Germany's most important rappers, Marteria. 

In the meanwhile, he has produced a broad palate of music within different genres like hip hop, bass music, surf pop, psychedelic disco, house and electronic pop. 
This enabled him, touring halfway around the world and almost incidentally, he has established himself as one of the most sought-after house and techno DJs in the Berlin underground scene.

Ask his comrades-in-arms like Marteria or Paul Kalkbrenner. Ask Siriusmo, Parcels, Kelvyn Colt, Magit Cacoon, with whom he has worked together. Ask the party people at the Fusion, Melt!, Blitz Club, Sziget, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, Watergate, FIB, Baum Bogotá or the SXSW. 

You don't find a musician like Kid Simius everyday.

ARTIST OF THE WEEK: MARTIN HERRS

Martin HERRS, DJ and producer.
Born in Spain in 1994. He creates a fusion of avant-garde and indigenous percussions that give meaning to the dance floor.
His interest in music began at a very young age, using various AKA's for moments in his life.
Absorbing new trends and always keeping the pulse of electronic dance music.

In his musical journey he releases music on Label such as Constant Circles, Omeni, Click Records, Annuna Music, Solar distance and some more releases that are expected in the next months such as MoBlack and Akbal

One of their projects is ANNUNA MUSIC, dedicated to the release of independent music based in Ibiza.
Annuna launched its first party concept in the summer of 2019 at Rooftop 9 (Sol House Ibiza), providing a sensory experience for the ears.
