I was looking back at some mixes and found this song from a few months ago. I still believe that the vocals are good in this one and I took out all of the distorted guitar to make it sound kind of cooler. My favorite part that I think just sounds insanely epic is the second half of the second verse. It sounds so cool with the backing vocals and clean guitar.

Dead End Tetramin BASS TRACK

    About a year ago I demoed this song. I rerecorded it earlier this week and finished it today. The vocals aren't in yet because I haven't written lyrics. Also, I can't get a good snare sound. I never was good at that, but I think overall, the balance and creativity in this song is pretty good. Sonically, the guitar tone is weird probably because it is a bass guitar plugged into a guitar amp. I played the drums, lead and rhythm (bass) guitar, and bass. There is a lot of synth and strings and keyboards and stuff I made in garageband in the background.

New song. Kind of boring because it is formatted for vocals. I think this is cool though especially the bridge and the intro. but it seriously is long and does get boring. give it a listen though its cool. Download it and use audacity to speed it up 18.921% and then listen. The melodies will be enhanced. I recorded the drums with four mics because i'm lazy, but i think the sound is pretty good. Not exactly thick enough, but good enough for a demo. I never made a song like this so this is different for me.

Drum Improvisation

Here's "Intro" and "Just Inside" from when we practiced on Saturday (After like 3 minutes of me getting the stuff set up and everyone else improving). Intro is sloppy, and Just Inside is even sloppier. We even screwed up Just Inside towards the end. I posted this because I love the rawness and the way that it sounds as a band...like you can hear conversations and all the imperfections, and it's cool. The bass is really out of tune for Just Inside. With practice, we will get better!
