This mix comes from a special night to remember. Huacas Restaurant is one of the most highly regarded places to dine and vibe in our beautiful town of Nosara. Located atop the mountain overlooking the south bay of Playa Guiones, Huacas features incredible sunsets and equally impressive gastronomy. Chef Paulo Valerios has been running a series called "Huacas Meets", in which he invites other top choice eateries around town to join him in a collaborative effort to create amazing dishes. For his third installment, he asked us to participate by way of pairing music to each dish of a 10 course, forest themed meal. Our resident @burikavibes stepped up to the plate (pun intended), digging deep and playing tunes specially selected for the ingredients, textures, and aromas of each course. It was not the normal Lost Forest event, but we were incredibly pleased with the results and we hope to do another one next summer. Go deep, feast your ears on this selection. Buen provecho!
