OG - Brain Teaser

It's complete! Three months of solid writing have gone into this track to finish it. I've learned a lot from working on this project over the years. The original sound, "OG - Brain Teaser," was written well over seven years ago. This completed and redone version of the track features varying sounds, textures and new synths compiled into three different styles working hand-in-hand to keep the track energized.

OG - Darkness Touch

This is the assignment I've been working on for the Berkley course. We had to create a composition with a beginning, middle and end, have 5 midi tracks with at least one of them for percussion and only use the built in sounds. This is what I came up with. Keep in mind that not everything you hear in the track has been volume adjusted or mastered properly as this assignment will probably keep evolving as the course goes on. Enjoy! 

Assignment 1.4

I've got a passion for music and absolutely love producing the stuff. One day I hope to do it on a professional level. I've recently within the last year started using more hardware with my productions thanks to a very good friend of mine (you know who you are mang!), and haven't looked back. Back in the day, I used to play a few instruments starting from grade school: clarinet, trumpet, trombone, drums and a little piano (drums were/are my favorite!). DAWs were a more recent thing late in high school.
I'm a graphic artist by trade and that's what I do for a living.
My favorite bands/artists:
I grew up listening to KoRn, Demon Hunter, System Of A Down, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, I.C.P., M.S.I., Darude, The Prodigy, Christopher Lawrence and Armen van Buren to name a few.
