Sketch #44 - Drone in B Major (05.05.16)

“Masalah Kami di Negri Ini” adalah sebuah single kedua, setelah “Stoned Magrib” yang telah kami rilis dalam bentuk video musik, Desember 2015 silam. Lagu ini adalah single kedua dari 14 lagu yang tergabung dalam album penuh ketiga bertajuk “RAJASINGA: III” yang akan dirilis oleh Negerijuana Productions dengan dukungan dari Omuniuum, Lawless Records, dan Straineyes Productions (Malaysia). Album ketiga ini sedang dalam proses produksi dan menurut rencana akan dirilis dalam waktu dekat.

Musik pada lagu ini kami tulis pada tahun 2013, sebagai karya pertama yang diciptakan semenjak band berpindah markas ke ibukota, khusus untuk pengerjaan album ketiga ini. Terdiri dari racikan komposisi riff cepat padat, aransemen dinamis, lebih berirama dengan dentum ketukan yang sangat sederhana. Khas Rajasinga.

Lirik ditulis oleh drummer kami, Revan. Adalah rasa lelah yang akumulatif tentang apa yang dilihat dari kondisi holistik yang terjadi di negeri tercinta, tanah tumpah darah, Indonesia raya. Bercerita tentang situasi sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan budaya yang kini sudah bergeser. Jauh dari dasar karakter sebuah bangsa, yang konon katanya berkuasa atas sebuah negeri makmur yang aman sentosa, serpihan surga digaris khatulistiwa.

Bertepatan dengan hari ini, 17 Agustus 2016, kami Rajasinga resmi merilis lagu ini sebagai simbol perayaan hari kemerdekaan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang ke 71. Selamat untuk Indonesia, bangsa yang bebas, bangsa yang merdeka!

Atrium Carceri - A Curved Blade
