GTG Premiere | Save Your Atoll - Stones and Ropes [FSR010]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Fonzo. "Headhi (I7HVN Remix)" comes off the new release, Crystal Artefactos, forthcoming on Qilla Records.  The Portuguese live duo Fonzo return to the label with a shape-shifting EP that deepens their trippy and hardware-driven sound. The four originals traverse ambient techno, hypnotic grooves, and psychedelic drum
& bass, held together by ritualistic rhythm and atmospheric detail. Remixes from Qilla mainstays Vridian, I7HVN, and Floating Machine expand the EP’s dimension - each refracting the originals through their own distinct sonic prism.

Chilean based producer Diego Oroquieta returns to Soma for his 2nd full release with the Aquadance EP. Armed with 4 uniquely produced and distinct tracks, Oroquieta moves easily between warping and hypnotic sounds to more tougher and abrasive material.

I Finished My Homework is a relentless, drum heavy opener that leans on a hard hitting and continuous rhythm while title track, Aquadance, takes a deeper, hypnotic route with pulsating, warping synths creating a dark tension throughout. La Serpiente Perdio Su Rumbo once again brings Oroquieta’s tougher sound as pounding drums back looped out synths before Amazing Dance closes out the release with distorted and unyielding power.

§ (section) is a reflection — a flashback to the raw, underground energy of the post-Covid rave era, before the scene became saturated with mainstream trends and commercial aesthetics. 
It’s a call to remember what the dancefloor used to feel like: intimate, intense, and unfiltered.
The EP The Last Wish draws inspiration from the video game narrative in which, at the very end, a portal sends you back to the beginning. 
That cyclical motion mirrors the artist’s final wish: to return to the roots — to the sweat-drenched warehouses, to the uncompromising sound, to the underground. 
This is not nostalgia for the sake of it — it’s a sonic rebellion. 
A time loop. 
A ritual.
A last wish to rewind the scene.
Accompanying the three original § (section) tracks are remixes from a trio of underground disruptors: Tunnel, Violent, and 2+2=5. 
Each brings their own strain of industrial techno chaos — from Tunnel’s mechanical pulse and cavernous atmospheres to Violent’s scorched-earth distortion and breakneck pressure, to 2+2=5’s bleak, experimental deconstructions. 
These aren’t just remixes — they’re mutations. 
Warped reflections of the original vision, dragged deeper into the warehouse
void. 
Together, they push the § (section) mythology further into the shadows, amplifying the raw intensity of the contemporary circuit.

“My love and passion for music inspires me to continually find ways to

grow as an artist. Building upon minimalistic techno of the 90’s as the

foundation for my music, I love to experiment with different types of

abstract techno, discovering new layers to the art.” - Tim van Paradijs

Tim van Paradijs is a DJ, producer and label owner best known by his

alias Invite. With an unwavering focus on music for more than two

decades, Tim has established himself a firm position in the techno

community, allowing him to share his talents in clubs all over Europe, as

well as Russia and Asia.

At his Utrecht-based studio, Tim combines the old with the new, using

old-fashioned analogue machines to complement the latest recording

and post-processing techniques. Tim’s DJ sets are a unique combination

of old records coupled with the best of what modern day techno has to

offer.

In 2015, Tim launched his label, Invite’s Choice Records; a concept

through which he aims to spread his love for electronic music as a

whole and more specifically, techno music. Besides the label, the

Invite’s Choice project currently also includes a well-received podcast

series and his popular Label Nights, a showcase of talented artists.

As label head, Tim signs EP’s by musicians who have been in the game

for decades, while also maintaining his commitment to finding and

supporting new artists. With his Label Nights showcases, Tim brings

together a diverse roster of artists with a variety of experiences and

approaches to their music. Tim combines it all in his own characteristic

way.

Whether you watch him perform, listen to his label’s music or browse

through his podcast series, you are sure to receive a thoughtfully and

meticulously crafted collection of music, lovingly curated by Tim
