Rowee(@roweemood)is the new project from the celebrated Italian DJ and producer Leonardo Gonnelli (@leonardogonnelli), here dropping four fresh tracks on Steve Bug's Audiomatique label. The Egypt EP sets out its game plan early with the title track - a heads down tech-house slayer that is both deep and driving, and the perfect home for the sublime vocals of Forrest. 

Kocleo’s (@kocleo) remix of Egypt is even deeper, pushing the vocals right into the front, and supplying a trippy, arpeggiated bass line for the track to hang off.

The EP also features a collaboration with fellow Italian (now based in the US) Simon Wish (@simon-wish), whose 'Art Revolution' is a deep bomb containing a spoken word vocal with a message.

'Clock' is the closing track here, and again proves the prowess of Rowee at the mixing desk - the track is a tightly constructed groover - packed full of energy and the perfect track to drop on a tiring dancefloor.

Ricardo Castro, a.k.a. Lost on Earth, was born in the late 80’s in Portugal’s capital, Lisbon, with its metropolitan peculiarities brewing curiosity and diversity in a mind born to create art.

With a musical background leaning to a darker-heavier sonority (with a brief stint as a lead singer for a metalcore band in his teens), his interest for Electronic Music spawned from an early age and contact with Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails and The Prodigy, cited among his biggest influences.

After attending his first Minimal Techno party, surprisingly at an open air venue, the spark was fully ignited and the path to learning and improving music production skills was taken with heart and sweat on the mixing table, be it at home or on the dancefloor, while serving his Hypnotic, Melodic and Dark dishes to Lisbon and Algarve craving partygoers (Bairrazza Bar, Europa Club, Ministerium Club, ODD Trindade Bar, Infame Club, LX Music Open Air Party, among others).

While acknowledging the benefits of the ever-forward road to progress, his music’s purpose and vision is to remind people to think less and feel more.
