Uns kam zu Ohren, Wien sei das „neue Leipzig“? Dieser waghalsigen These gilt es auf die Spur zu gehen – hören wir also mal ganz genau in Igelkarussell-Runde #89 mit MataHari und Volker Arnold hinein!
Die beiden Wiener sind Teil der Crews Journey to Tarab & Immer mit der Ruhe. Auf dem diesjährigen Tarmac Festival haben sie zusammen mit Düsentrieb ein legendäres Set zelebriert. Wer es noch nicht kennt - Reinhören lohnt sich.

Kurzweiliger als in ihrem 3-stündigen Mix für uns ließe sich eine Reise wohl kaum gestalten: Direkt zurück in den Sommer katapultiert, werden eure Sinne hier durch eine sorgsam abgestimmte, wohltemperierte und aufeinander aufbauende Track-Auswahl geführt. Vocals und Harmoniewechsel immer genau an der richtigen Stelle, schenken die Jungs uns einen wahrlich groovigen Einstieg in die Adventszeit.

After travelling the world together many times with countless vacation soundtracks and exchanging thousands of songs throughout our friendship, this was the first time sharing the dj booth with my favorite travel companion @pacayapacaya at @klunkerkranich's Wohnzimmer. Our extended world-racoon-sloth-journey turned out to become a pretty colourful 6-hrs trip... visiting various countries, genres, decades and tempos without taking too much care about transitions, but finally playing some „dj-unfriendly“ gems ;) ... 99 songs from our hearts into your ears! Zeit ist lang und Raum ist groß, viel Spiel sich zu verpassen. Dennoch: Manchmal passt's halt einfach. Um so schöner eben, dass nicht nur die Ausgangslänge schön statt schief ist: @neoBeo sonst zwischen Fusion, Sisyphos und Katerschmaus unterwegs, heute mit Zeit und Raum im Montagskontinuum. Inspired by producers interpreting their own and others’ musical roots, she is breaking clichés by expanding genres and blending them to a new and unique sound. Colorful tunes mirror her fascination for multicultural music, bringing happiness and warmth to her listeners.
