We are delighted to introduce the second EP from our incredibly dedicated and innovative producer, ØSC. Our experience with him during one of our unforgettable events, filled with magical moments and resonant vibes, was truly a privilege. The quality time spent together in the studio and on the island served as the driving inspiration behind the creation of this EP. His unique approach to sound design and music production carries depth and psychedelia. This EP is set to leave a lasting impression on your heart and soul. Keep an eye on him; he's undoubtedly a rising star, and we couldn't be happier to embrace him in the Lotus Parable family.

From his base in the Helsinki underground, @soundsofkaspiann has forged a psychedelic techno sound rooted in DIY ethos and free from tempo constraints. Through his VALA label, live performances, custom soundsystem, and self-organised parties, he cultivates a holistic approach to club music — one aimed at total immersion and psychological surrender within dimly lit, physically resonant spaces. His sound bridges low-speed experiments and fast-paced meditations, echoing early influences from trance and psy while shaping a refined, contemporary identity since launching VALA in 2021. Balancing introspective textures with impactful club energy, Kaspiann channels the pulse of Helsinki’s clubs and the raw spirit of its underground. His live sets, shifting fluidly between ambient, downtempo, and deep techno, embody a versatile, hypnotic vision that values immersion and sonic exploration above all else.

Born in Nantes, Jérémie has been exploring electronic music for over ten years. He started out in the psytrance scene with a live project featuring forest and organic sounds, before gradually broadening his spectrum to include deeper, more cerebral, progressive and techno textures. Whether DJing or performing live, his selections always retain a trance-like, hypnotic and immersive quality.

A lover of the dancefloor, Jérémie refuses to be confined to one style. He advocates a free and hybrid approach, building bridges between genres to create sensitive and immersive sound journeys, where storytelling takes centre stage.

We continue our five year anniversary celebrations, and as promised, this week brings a new mix. And this one is of those special pieces of music that arrived wrapped in mysterious fog and enigma. It couldn't be in any other way, since it is Eafhm who is behind this piece. 

Those who have been drawn to the introspective and hypnotic realms of electronic music will surely have a special place in their hearts for Secuencias Temporales. A label that has been instrumental for the expansion of the styles of music this podcast has always loved. Secuencias Temporales has been home to many artists first releases, and a platform that has discovered talent across the globe. Their catalogue now stands a seminal collection for our beloved genres, and the cast featured in those releases is truly an All Star one. And the man behind it all is no other than Eafhm, Jorge. 

The elusive producer, sound designer and dj, hailing from Mexico, has a special touch for depth in sound. He has incredible releases on staple labels like Oslated, Diffuse Reality, or his own Secuencias Temporales. 

For this mix, Jorge gifted us with a selection that is as unique and, at least to me, mysterious, as the ways he operates. A beautiful collection of cinematic music, expansive atmospheres, relentless drums and dramatic soundscapes. Unclassifiable, unique and adventurous, we were waiting for the right time to share such a one of a kind piece from such a one of a kind artist. And our anniversary releases seemed the ideal occasion. 

We held onto this for quite some time waiting for the moment, we can't thank you enough Jorge for this one.

federico corrado delights us with delivering excellent sound material through different rhythms where the mystical, deep, hypnotic and soft take us to different environments creating a warm atmosphere called sequence where different interpretations appear through artists such as iwamaki from japan, brenno dellavecchia in switzerland and noah lyas in netherlands, making a different panorama where the elements of both remixes and reshape come together for a synergy that is extremely beautiful and pleasant to the ears.

Congratulations are in store as the Italian imprint Pregnant Void marks their 20th release via a phenomenal LP from the Berlin based, Toxido Mask. With prior contributions on Semantica, Art Bei Ton, and Futurepast; the Tresor resident’s latest offering titled ‘Spirit Waters’ is a welcome addition and her first, furthering the label's commitment to contemporary music with an experimental edge. Coming in at eight tracks, six originals and two remixes by Ina Kacz, and Nadia Struiwigh respectively, the release maintains a transformative and introspective theme throughout as each track unfurls slowly and intentionally without pressure. Providing those moments of solitude and space to experience the surrounding sounds.

Falling in the middle of the release, Spirit Guide is the beginning of the exhale to the inhale that is the first half of Spirit Waters. Listening from cover to cover, there’s a subtle uplifting feeling in the first three tracks, the melodies ethereal, all channeling a sense of anticipation. Spirit Guide rises softly from the depths, its synths working overtime as they seemingly engulf and wash over the listener through the whole spectrum of frequencies. From the warmth of the low end to the spacey highs and glittering accents and tribalistic drum patterns, each element intertwines and works seamlessly with each other.

Spirit Waters will be released on the 5th of December.
