CF Meister LM Mix for Raidió Na Life 106.4FM

The latest Loud Mouth podcast comes from one of Dublin's most popular purveyors of the highest quality electro, techno, disco and house. Kenny Hanlon runs the excellent Apartment Records, a vinyl only label based in Dublin since 2011 that is now in its 5th release, and is on the up and up. The latest release, Bande Apartment's edit-tastic 'Rita, Kate And You Too' has been getting a lot of attention in particular, and has already destroyed plenty a dancefloor in the city with it's highly infectious disco hooks and vocals. 

This mix contains a healthy dose of spine-tingling electro and Chicago house that Kenny is well known for. His knowledge and respect for the roots of this music knows few bounds, and he never fails to deliver the goods. 

Kenny is also a resident with Dublin crew Gary's Gang, bringing you the best in house, techno, disco and electro for free on the first Friday of every month in Sweeney's basement, and is a writer for the excellent infinite state machine blog.

Loud Mouth Podcast #16 Kenny Hanlon (Apartment Records / Gary's Gang)

The Loud Mouth Collective is a platform for progressing musicians, DJ’s, producers, artists, designers, photographers and film makers to both develop and showcase their craft. The combined strength of our talent base, progressing together, is what makes Loud Mouth so unique.

Our music roster currently includes 25 artists and collaborative groups who have produced 18 EPs, albums, singles and compilation releases within the first year. The Collective crosses several music genres including hip-hop, electronica, house, ambient, instrumental, post dub-step and folk. Developed under a new business plan, all music releases are available for free download.

Our artistic roster includes 12 artists (art, graphic design, film and photography) who create album cover design, music videos, posters and merchandise to both promote and enhance the music releases and events organised by LM.

LM also specialises in event promotion, working in collaboration with local promoters to set up music events, club nights and art exhibitions throughout Dublin City.

LM is continually working to output a high standard of music and visual art.
