With almost three decades of experience under his belt pushing the boundaries of electronic music culture, long-standing Swiss-Italian artist EDX has the credentials, to match the very best in the business. Following a brief hiatus in his personal production output over the past six months to focus on other areas of his music businesses, the chart-topping hit-maker – and Switzerland’s most streamed artist ever – now returns to the fray, as he unveils his incredible new single, Ecletric.

Due for worldwide release on Friday, April 23 via his iconic PinkStar Records imprint, Ecletric is another stunning slice of warm, blissful melodic house music from EDX, who marks his inaugural release of 2021 and his first original single since the critically acclaimed release of Indian Summer back in September. 

Making his intentions known from the off, EDX’s tight rhythms, growling basslines and syncopated synth stabs commence proceedings, as the PinkStar head honcho lays down an exquisite introduction to pave the way for a breakdown of impressive proportions. Gradually introducing cascading euphoric leads and sweeping tones over the course of the rousing middle eight, the record eventually drops into progressive house euphoria and luscious melodic rapture as EDX opens his 2021 tally with another worthy addition to an incredible career discography.

With the imprint going from strength to strength following a truly mesmeric Beatport chart-topping run of recent releases, the producer’s new single ropes in the vocal talents of rising superstar Katie Sky, who has amassed almost 20 million Spotify streams on her hit single ‘Monsters’ with Jack Wins.

With ‘Run Back’ looking to tread the same path of success, the track features a pulsating bassline which has a real dancefloor destroying feel to it, with Sky’s soaring vocals adding a delightfully emotive twist to the release. Equally at home in various playlists as it would be rocking venues as a true club weapon, ‘Run Back’ will no doubt be finding its way into various DJ livestreams before the current pandemic ends.

First finding his musical feet at the tender age of 10, Marco Pedrini (aka Foxtrot) was born in Milan, and studied both drums and piano throughout his teenage years. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Axwell, Eric Prydz, Steve Angello, and Daft Punk, the Italian producer has since released on imprints such as Fanfare and NoFace Records.

Louder Stage is the artist name of Carlos G. Quezada S., an Ecuadorian DJ and producer born on October 5th. His passion for music began at an early age, influenced by art, classical music, and techno from the 80s and 90s. At the age of 14, he began his career playing at local events under the name "DJ Carlos," quickly evolving into his current project: LOUDER STAGE. He has shared the stage with renowned DJs from the Ecuadorian and international scene, including Shady, Majo Orellana, Melissa Santa Maria, GREG (BR) and others. He has established himself as a versatile artist within genres such as Tech House, Future House, House, Techno, Dance, and Bass House, among other electronic and underground styles.

He currently resides in Girón, Azuay, Ecuador. He currently works with Pablo Control, producing shows, parties, and festivals nationwide. He is CEO and official DJ of LOUDER STAGE RCRDS, and has signed with international labels such as Black Turtle Records, After Room Records, The Jungle Records, Creepy Label, Ufuk K Bunshin among others.
