So, Habit's her song has been a major hit of the last year and has seen some interesting edits, but nothing in the dance genre. Habits is one of those unique blend of feelings, its gangster, sexy, relatable, and fun... In fact we aren't quite sure why its not on the same level as Lorde's Royals... So with that in mind, we set out to create a song that complimented the vocals and the subject of the song but brought it into the club arena. The thing with our production lately is we are looking to close the gap between this big kick room house with the huge spacey middle and really melodic full progressive sound and combine it with our love for Indie emotion... its definitely challenging but we feel we are getting closer and closer”

- Originally, Nico & Vinz were named "Envy" but after "Am I Wrong" blew up internationally they changed their name to Nico & Vinz. We decided to do some snooping about other celebrity name changes. Here is what we found:

- Imagine Dragons was originally a Dungeon and Dragons cover band called Puff The Music Dragon. Once the major labels got involved, they informed the guys that due to copyright issues, "Puff the Music Dragon" could no longer be used. Heartbroken by the news, the band sat around trying to "imagine" a new name. Long story short, due to lack of creativity, they're now Imagine Dragons.

- When David Guetta came to the USA in 1927, his family of hair stylists entered the gates of Elis Island. Unfortunately, at the immigration booth, no one in the Guetta family could speak english, except for little David. Here is where the story gets good. David's real name is actually Shirley. Little David told the immigration officer, "I'm here for the American Dream! I want to eat, sleep, rave, repeat! I want to be a DJ!". The guard looked at him and said, "Son. Savage (feat. Flux Pavilion & MAX)

The second and last tune on Hourglass with a feature singer.  This came from another peak-introduction for us to an Australian artist named Natalola.  We hit it off immediately at a writing session for another artist - and put something on the books at our own studio soon after.  I don’t think I’ve ever written songs quicker than I have with Nat.  We were also very fortunate to meet a Norwegian collective of producers called Rat city that helped collaborate with us on the production.  They are responsible for that disco-indie-dance flair which picked the song up for us so much.
