But there is no need to be ashamed of it, the mind is complicated, when your emotions are repressed and never let go they can explode in a single moment, and it is useless to swallow all the hate about yourself, because despite everything you say to yourself, you are very valuable, you are never alone behind you have many people who are by your side even if you do not really believe it.
