LouDSpekAs’ “Reborn to Rewild” is the debut track on brand new imprint “Break The Code”, (a record label specializing in giving exposure to conscious lyricists, musicians and producers alike). Produced and composed by LouDSpeka in in collaboration with Zaflon and featuring Moth3r on the backing vocals.

The track has already gained notoriety on live stages and has gone down as a crowd favourite at summer festivals across the UK, namely Glastonbury, Shindig and BoomTown to name a few. The song has also gained traction on the airwaves, getting rinsed out on Jorvik Radio prior to release and looks set to be doing the rounds now it has beeb given full digital release on October 28th 2022.

It’s a certified drum’n’bass banger opening with uplifting piano chords that 
evolve into a unique liquid pool of sound that builds in intensity before launching into a heavy dnb drop accompanied by deeply significant MC vocals.

RTR is both an aggressive and soothing track that embodies the raw energy of rave culture and the protest movement alongside the introspective isolation of London life.

Freedom Forrest is a dnb track fused with trance and a conscious flex. It’s the second of a new generation of LouDSpekA tracks that utilises her own new-found production skills. Don’t bomb anyone- especially not in my name!  In the year that the Chilcot Report came out http://www.iraqinquiry.org.uk/the-report/ we have had lots of concerning revelations about the nature and basis the 2003 Iraq war was called, and all being funded by tax payers money, (so Kind of implicating all of us). Since December 2015- September 2016 the UK has also been taking military action bombing in Syria and continuing actions in Iraq, some of which is even recorded here on the ministry of defence web sitehttps://www.gov.uk/government/news/update-air-strikes-against-daesh
. …At time of writing there is a fragile ceasefire though its hard to tell what is actually going on, on the ground.  However as Stop The War points out military action is also being taken in other countries such as Libya without being debated in parliament first http://stopwar.org.uk/index.php/news-comment/1987-britain-is-at-war-in-libya-and-nobody-thought-to-tell-us. In a year when we had such concerning revelations of the basis of war we are being called into should we not be being more reflective or calling the government and ministry of defense to account more often? Good News; On 19th July an extraordinary bill was tabled in the UK parliament. The proposal, presented by Brentford and Isleworth MP Ruth Cadbury, seeks to allow citizens to divert the portion of their taxes that would ordinarily pay for military operations into a conflict prevention fund instead.
The bill passed its first reading, is backed by the Green’s Caroline Lucas, and will receive its second reading on 2 December. If it succeeds the UK will set a historic precedent as the first country to allow citizens “to get the world you pay for” – with a chance to pay for peace not war. Its worth watching this space and writing to your MP in support of this bill.

Wrote the lyrics to some drum n bass I was listening to in the departure lounge on the way to India. Thus some of the first bars:

 I made the initial drum n bass track myself and then took the ideas to Jinadu who helped me finish it off in his slightly more pro studio... this was a real fun experiment. I would love to do more to do more Drum N Bass so any producers please get in touch, thanks

POETS CHARTER

Pump and Dump is a release from London UK Spoken Word artist and raptivist LouDSpekA. The Beat is by inspirational producer Nutty P.  It is really going to the heart of the issue of how money is created and controlled. Money, currency, and the world’s resources as a whole are often created and controlled in ways that are unaccountable to the people!!! These distortions impact our lives and the frameworks in which we live and work! We live under a certain level of pressure in the dominant corporate structures, which pressures into a certain type of work slavery. The way this track handles this issue is quite provocative….as it attempts to shock us and alert us to the points. Some of it is also a stream of consciousness, which further reflects the glitches in the money matrix and how this impacts us as individuals wanting to do what is right. LouDSpekA is also gathering the Break The Code Collective to look at these issues further and perform around UK/ European festivals.

LouDSpekA is a London-based Raptivist MC and Music producer.
