"This Is The End" is a more radio friendly type of song for us. The songs talks of a girl who has tried to break up with her man but he just doesn't take the hint so she's giving it to him straight. Sometimes that's the best way...

"In The Beginning" is a melodic rock monster. It features some harmonizing guitar and bass and then takes your ears into another direction with an explosive heavy riff. But then it pulls back in and becomes mellow again. It has a little bit of everything!

From the hauntingly seductive verses, to the soaring chorus, "Angel" is a vocal masterpiece. This is Steff, in the moment, showing us all how amazing she is.

"Ordinary Girl" is a more groove laden, almost blues based track. It has a very interesting allemande style shuffle moment throughout the song which is also a subconscious hook.

Recorded on a Handi-Cam @ The Bridgeway Hotel June 4th, this song has two very different stanzas . Just when you get used to the uneasy, moody vibe of the intro and the first verse, without warning the song explodes into a heavy rock thunderstorm, with lightning fast drum fills, throbbing bass and thrashy guitar licks. Then it slides effortlessly but eerily back into the mist. Great song, scorching vocals and exemplary musicianship. Please enjoy the very schizophrenic "Shadows"...

Shadows (Live)

LOUD STREET are a hard edged yet melodic rock band from Adelaide, South Australia. They came together in August 2013, although 2 members had been writing songs in a previous band (Angel's Dream) since 2012. LOUD STREET have been performing in and around Adelaide for the past 12 months, honing their live act and developing more original music, some of which is featured here. 

With influences as wide ranging as Led Zeppelin, Eminem, KISS, Baby Animals, Katy Perry, Pantera, Live, Guns N Roses, Lady Gaga and Metallica, they pride themselves on creating songs that cover a vast range of musical styles and cross over many different genres. LOUD STREET's music is rooted in hard rock, but there is tinges of metal, pop, blues, funk and even rap in some cases, which makes them very hard to categorise, but very interesting to listen to. 

So sit back, relax and enjoy a handful of LOUD STREET's original music. Perhaps you'd get a kick out of the bluesy funk of "Ordinary Girl", or the melodic radio friendly vibe of "This Is The End" or maybe you'd prefer to bang your head to the metallic crunch of "The Ride" or even get into a couple of the live tracks that have recently been added; The funky groove laden "Comatose" or the moody, schizophrenic hard rocking "Shadows".
