He gave me a new song in my heart, He started to breathe on my dreams again and show me I hadn’t been abandoned, forgotten, despised or rejected. There is no where I could go from His presence. From His love. Love will never leave me on my own… That He is the God of second chances … Just like Peter, He started to call my name and I was starting to hear it. My old friend, Holy Spirit, came upon me like a defibrillator and restarted my heart again!  Only God could supernatural revive my heart to love His Body. When I think about His people my heart simply explodes with love. I want to encourage them, tell them how greatly loved they are, that we serve a joyful God and He’s in a good mood.  That our Father sings His songs of love and delight over us.

New Wine Speaks of Renewed Love and Intimacy with God. In the new wine season, the Spirit is calling you into a deeper place with God. Where there is new wine, there must be a new wineskin; a ‘flexible container’ for the new anointing God has for us. One that can be stretched beyond it’s current limits! God is always looking for ways to stretch us…Putting us in unsure waters, taking us beyond where our feet can touch the seabed…We are all called to be  new wineskins.  

We are in the season of New Wine!  More than anything, I want Jesus to be glorified in the process of Him making me a new wine skin…that old habits melt away, as I give the Holy Spirit permission to saturate me with His oil! That the crushing and the pressing would produce in me a New Wine, that is sweet and rich, full of love, kindness, joy and anointing!
