For his first EP, What I Need, Blanc Soleil delivers a personal and already very assertive vision of his sound identity. Composed in Brest, the project draws on his recent emotions and the energy of the UK clubs that have left their mark on him. The four tracks explore broken techno with jungle accents, where percussive textures intersect with melodic pads and dance sounds. Between raw energy and attention to detail, Blanc Soleil lays the foundations for a hybrid and expressive signature, somewhere between rave intensity and club emotion.The project is also revisited through three distinct remixes, each bringing a different state of mind: a UKG-infused version by the Australian producer Wax Thief, a high-energy closing banger signed by Noge, and a more electro-driven interpretation from J.Strongrock.

The idea was to create a track that reflects who I am and is also a little more mainstream, with the aim of making this first EP accessible to as many people as possible. It has a Mall Grab-style dance vibe, which means the track can be played both outdoors and in the middle of the evening.”

Cat Gadget explores electronic music of the past decades. Her vinyl sets cannot be reduced to one genre, but are often characterized by Italo sound, driving EBM beats and spherical synths. Since she started collecting records early on, it was only a matter of time until she found herself behind the decks. This super solid five tracker continues J's hot streak on seemingly every great label around the world including his own Razor-N-Tape, with a deep organic sound, thanks to it being mostly produced in his MPC3000 era. 'Greene Street Lament' kicks it off on a boom bap beat tip. Next 'Adaptation' gets the party started with lush strings, piano, and a huge bassline. On the flip is 'Total Pleasure', a midtempo boogie house joint with enough sub to rattle your car door handles off. 'Vibetown' continues on the MPC tip with killer breaks and chops for all the heads. Lastly, the 'Adaptation (Dub)' closes out with the driving dance floor sound we all know and love JKriv for. First extract from the next to come album on Teenage Menopause Records, by belgian soundcrafting experimentator Tzii and Istanbul pluridisciplinary artist/singer Hilal Can.

Fragments of ghosts, shattered memories, impossible romance—"Hayalet Kırıkları" drifts between dream and dissociation.
Born in Istanbul, where voices and street sounds collide with spectral echoes, the album reshapes fragments of Turkish songs into a haunted, timeless collection.
Hilal Can’s incandescent voice rises from within these fogged recollections, a vessel of intimacy and rupture, while Tzii sculpts vast soundscapes that feel both tender and unrelenting. Together, they create a music that lives in-between—between memory and invention, love and absence, presence and disappearance.
On two tracks, violinist Ruben Tenenbaum deepens the trance, weaving modal improvisations into the cracks of this fragile world.
The result is an album that feels like a diary written in smoke—half-remembered, half-invented, always shimmering on the edge of reality.
