Ghetto Swing is a new compilation with a fresh take on one of the most exciting new genres of our era, Electro Swing. Whilst keeping to the tradition that meets 1940s and 1950s sampling with 21st century style clubbing, Ghetto Swing introduces the grit and grime of hip hop, reggae and dubstep.

A bit wub, a bit werr, a bit shoobido bap.  If you seen us live you would have definitely heard this one!  It's a spot of Dubstep a la Chucks.  Unfortunately no Mr Bruce.  But it's all improvised live when we perform so you probably wouldn't want to record it anyway!

As it's taking so long to get our album together (which is happening, really happening!) we've also decided to give it away to you nice folks for free!  

Actually made this a while ago but decided to tart it up a bit, get it mastered, wax on, wax off.  Might actually be a bit DJ friendly we reckon as well.

No Working Today (free download)

A track produced quite a while ago and slightly held back on due to sample reasons, but still really like it.

Recently used as the backing track for our dance routine with The Twilight Players at Bestival.

Can't really call it a proper song as it's been arranged to fit with a dance routine, but definitely pretty DJ friendly.  Been mixed down at The Way studio so definitely sounding fat on a big sound system!

Anyway enjoy...  Made it downloadable so play out away!

This track actually started life when I was asked to make the music for an ethical toilet paper advert..Having no instruments to hand, I started whistling the beginnings of a tune and then thought "fuck it why not just record that along with some singing". Fast forward a month and I have Deadtown Waltz :)

I have decided to give this away for free firstly so that it can reach as many people as possible and also to apologise for the length of time it has taken to release the Woohoo Revue Remix's we are working very hard to find a suitable label and hope to have some good news soon!

Recently found this mix on my hard drive, It was originally recorded for the freshly squeezed radio show based in the UK. 

I have no Idea whether it ended up going out on air or not and so i thought it would be nice to share it. A Very Melbourne storm is compiled completely from music that originated in Melbourne from either Adapted or Omelette Records.
