For the first Selectors episode of 2024, we’re excited to bring you another featured artist from the label’s 5 year compilation, Riotvan founder, Panthera Krause. The epitome of funky and fresh, he delivers a mix rife with timeless grooves and high energy, starting our year off on the right foot. 

Included in the re-release is Panthera’s remix of Ian O’Donovan’s ‘Sun,’ where his signature bassline shines as it rides the classical synth touches from the original, creating a dancefloor killer.

Built around a free-flowing breakbeat storyboard, Pedro works tonal motifs and warm swells with haunting atmospherics and granular textures. Haunting and timeless in equal measure, it makes for an enchanting eight-minute journey, which not only sits as one of the Brazilian’s most introspective works to date but sets the tone for the label going forward.
