Louis wrote The Verve back in 1998 when he was only 18 years old, having come across it when going through old demos he decided it was too good let go.

This is a track I wrote about dealing with a recent bout of depression.  I was very low for a time but with help from friends and family I realized I had a lot to live for, this song repersents this realization and that the "mountains" in my life were now challenges and opportunities.

Love Yourself

I wrote this song after hearing the tragic news of another young man losing his life to suicide in Derry.  Again families and communities are left devastated while our MLA's still do nothing.  There is a huge mental health crisis in Northern Ireland that needs to be addressed immediatly before we lose another soul.  This is a song is a tribute to those who have lost their lives and to the families and communites  who come together in these devasting times.
