Our next premiere is from the lovely label @charybdis-records, this time with @re_axis blessing the remix duties on 'Such a waste'. This remix addresses the subtle beauty and stripped back approach of the original, a steady groover for the release.


Mown crafts a foreboding sonic narrative that feels both ancient and futuristic, like a warning whispered through time. Pulsating patterns, immersive atmospheres and refined rhythms evoke a world on the brink of revelation - or ruin. It’s a gripping descent into the ritualistic core of electronic hypnotism, where every sound feels like a sign.

Re:Axis, Kontinum and Aleja Sanchez each channel the arcane prophecy into their own language, delivering remixes that resonate as echoes of an inevitable fate.

AF Premiere:  Mown - Such A Waste (Re-Axis Remix) [Charybdis Records][OUT!!22.08.25]

The launch of a label always says something about its ambitions. Some choose the visibility of a compilation, gathering tracks and names to cast a wide net. Others decide to start with a statement, trusting the strength of a single project to carry their voice.

After more than a decade and a half of shaping Hungary’s underground through the Technokunst nights, the collective has made it clear which route they prefer. Their new imprint arrives with Split Series 01, a release that pairs two artists whose work already resonates deeply across the international techno circuit: Rrose and Luigi Tozzi. The format is simple but loaded, an original track from each, and remixes exchanged between them, creating a conversation that moves across styles and tempos but holds a singular focus on depth. For a first record, it reads less as an introduction and more as a confident extension of what Technokunst have always done: presenting electronic music with clarity, conviction, and longevity in mind.

Today we are thrilled to premiere Rrose's rework of Tozzi's "Insecta". Compared to Luigi's original, Rrose's rework creates a relatively vacant, suspenseful space for the first 30 seconds before striking with full venom. Harrowing layers and ominous atmospheres linger in the background. The escalation is immense. The drama cools, and things settle. The drum returns, but it’s more muted, it’s softer. The drive remains.

Available on the Technokunst website on vinyl on September 19th and released digitally in October.

Some sort of heavy fog lifts as you delve into this release by Teik Arô. “Beyond The Tree” lets us in on a fractal orchard, revealing a bassline capable of lifting you off your feet, floating for its duration. 

Time seems to accelerate on the fragile pitches of “Embers From The Moon” and is euphorically reconstructed through the pulses of “Vicious Wipe Out” and freeze over on the weightless impermanence of “Insomnia”. 

“Morning Recipe” presents us with a hyperspeed, anxious euphoria, that seems to be lulled by the futuroid dub channels of “Cryptbloom”

Frank Blake is a producer and dj since 1999,and sound engineer since 2008;his productions and dj sets come from the sound of Techno,Tech-house and Deep-House music with influences from the past deriving from Electro and Breakbeat music.
Frank Blake is also known as Loud Disco Machine and under this alias he has released a lot of Electro and Breakbeat singles and remixes on numerous labels such as Big Alliance Records,Straight Up! Music,Cash Gold Records,Cool Music Records,Shax Trax Records,No Sense of Place Recods and Fresh Pump Records;he has received support by important producers all over the world and has hit the Beatport charts more than once.
He played in many festivals,clubs and underground partys around Italy and abroad with big names of Electronic music such as Zedd,Far Too Loud,Mord Fustang,Le Castlevania,Maztek,HouseMeister,Djedjotronic,Fuckk Off,The Oddword,Belzebass,Pelussje,Utku S.,Troublegum,K12,Crystal Distortion,Ixyindamix,69db and others.
He has been involved in promotion and artistic direction of partys in Rome with the "Musthard" crew and since last year with "No Sense of Place Records",through which he works as a label consultant.
Thanks to passion for sound and gained knowledge and expertise he is also employed as a sound engineer in a relevant position in post - production for films and TV shows,in a studio that deal's with the most representative productions and directors.
