Wow! Dieses mal bekommt ihr ein Sahnehäubchen der Extraklasse auf die Ohren. Von hoch im Norden kommt er her und wir müssen euch sagen es weihna...halt ne, dass war doch ne ganz andere Story und auch wer komplett Anderes.

Okay, next try... Dieser feine Herr sorgt für satte Bässe und dreamy Flächen, die auf unser Gehör einprasseln. Ähnlich wie bei dem Tranceding mit dem beknackten Delfin, bloß in gut. Als ob Delfine auch irgendwas mit Musik am Hut hätten, geschweige denn überhaupt einen Hut haben. Dieser nette typ ausm Norden hingegen, hat's dafür mit Fischen (wobei Delfine ja bekanntermaßen keine Fische sind, aber das tut hier grad nix zur Sache). 

Nen Hut hat er zwar nicht aber dafür immer ne Cap und mit Musik kann er auch. Und eben genau deshalb weiß er, wie man nen ordentlichen Fang macht. Aber auch nur aufm Deck und nicht im Fangnetz, aber das is auch völlig in Ordnung so, denn fischen gehn wollen wir eh nicht, lieber das holzige Tanzbein schwingen. 

Wir sind froh dass wir den @Louwers für uns Heimlichs angeln konnten und er zu uns gehört wie die Sahne zur Torte. Bist du zu schwach, sind sie zu stark. So oder so ähnlich. Aber is ja auch völlig egal. 

Uff, lange Story, kurzer Sinn: 1 richtig gutes Mixtape is das geworden!

It was my first time playing at this - for me - most holy place of rave - Fusion Festival.  It was also the first time playing back to back with my friend DetoXDan a.k.a. Ingo Knito a.k.a. @katerkaries. At the beautiful underwater world of this year's D̵u̵b̵Station.  It was a magical ride into the foggy morning sun with all you lovely people in the crowd. Dan and me enjoyed it so much to let you dream away. Thanks for dancing and cuddling. Thank you D̵u̵b̵Station for your amazing work and your trust.
Unfortunately, the first hour of the set is missing due to sd card troubles. So we hope you enjoy the last two hours..

Wooooow, for me this is one of my favourite sets I've played this year so far. Thanks to all the dancers and supporters who made this 2 1/2 hour ride very special to me! 
As a dj I constantly experience phases where I doubt myself or the music I'm playing. Asking myself if what I do is enough. I've learned that a lot of people are experiencing those moments of doubt and anger and I've learned to appreciate those feelings because they are my metamorphosis in this beautiful process of beeing a musician.
Coming to Halle and seeing a lot of my friends and people who supported me on my way always makes me feel grateful and happy.
So I hope you enjoy this set as much as I did while playing it!

This is my recording from saturday 5-7pm - imperfect, partly improvised play order and some quirks here and there - but I hope you like it anyways (at least the people danced to it during the rain <3). was ein wunderbares Festival ihr alle (Gäste/Veranstalter/Künstler) da mal wieder auf die Beine gestellt habt - wow :) Hatte sehr viel Spaß dabei, für euch bei einer wilden Mischung aus Regen, Regen und ein bisschen weniger Regen (+ 5 kurzen Sonnenstrahlen am Anfang des Sets) spielen zu dürfen - schön, dass ihr alle mit mir ausgeharrt habt.

Das Set an sich ist wahrlich nicht perfekt (hab mich doch des öfteren mal verspielt) und ich musste auch irgendwann meine eingeübte Komfortzone verlassen, um die zum Wetter passenden unfertigen Edits irgendwie noch unterbringen zu können - aber Anscheinend hat es ja trotzdem Spaß gemacht <3
Vielen Lieben Dank an alle, die mitgeholfen haben, dieses Festival auf die Beine zu stellen, an alle die die gute Laune trotz der widrigen Bedingungen nicht verloren haben (an die andern aber natürlich auch ;)) und all die tollen Menschen, die ich kennenlernen durfte und mit denen ich das Festival verbracht habe! Live @ Zugvøgel 2023 | Niemand muss Edits spielen (aber man kann)

Here is our set from Zugvøgel's sauna floor a.k.a. Garten Uden, a paradisiacal place created with so much love that its magic could withstand the wild weather (well, except for a few pot plants :D). Seriously, we can't thank you enough, dear Mømø, Daniel, Mel & the whole crew, for making all of his happen. Spaces like this one are something we don't take for granted in times when downtempo has become so much about bouncy and not-so-slow. Rarely have we felt so free putting a set together: free from expectations about bpm and danceability, just sharing some old and new faves including tracks we had never really dared to play in front of a crowd before. Yep, it turned out a pretty deep one, yet it feels very really close to our hearts.

Sooo wir sind nach nem kleinen Urlaub nach den wundervoll actionreichen 2 Wochen auf der Mystic Island auch endlich wieder in der Realitäh gelandet! 
Jetzt könntZ ihr nämlich auch das Set vom ersten Sonnenuntergang im Creatures Corner nachlauschen!

Dieses Set hat eine ganz besondere Bedeutung für uns, weil endlich die Gelegenheit gekommen ist, eine der mystischsten Melodien, die sich seit der Kindheit in Käpt'nZ Köpf mietfrei eingenistet hat und ihn jedes mal verzaubert hat, als Intro zu verwenden! 
Das und die Gelegenheit gleichzeitig den Tänzer:innen einen kleinen Teil der Geschichte meines Stage/Floordesigns zu vermitteln, indem die besagten Lichter und Geräte, die wir das Jahr über vorgebaut haben (wie das ding aufm cover) während dem Introprolog genau getimed eingeschaltet wurden - zwar nicht so detailliert wie gewünscht aber die Leute hatten zumindest mal ne kleine Vorstellung wie dat mit dem Arkanenergiekreislauf aufm Floor da funz'n'iert hehe - jedenfalls wurde da ein kleiner Traum wahr❤️

Danke an mein wundervolles Team, ohne die dieser Traum nicht wahr geworden wäre und an alle, die beim Abriss dabei waren, obwohl wir das hüttchen doch grad erst aufgebaut haben höhö😛

Die Geschichte geht bestümmpt weiter (einen kleinen Hinweis gibts am Ende auch schon -> die Person, die es als erstes errät, ergattert nächstes Jahr eine kleine sürprise à la 12)😉

Weelll after a little vacation after the wonderful action-packed 2 weeks on the Mystic Island we also finally got back to the realitäh! 
and now you can also listen to the set of the first sunset in Creatures Corner!

This set has a very special meaning for us, because finally the opportunity has come to use one of the most mystical melodies as an intro, which has lived rent-free in Käpt'nZ head since his childhood and has enchanted him every time! 
That and the opportunity to explain the dancers a little part of the "storyline"  of my stage/floor design by turning on the lights and devices we've been building all year (like that thing on the cover) exactly timed during the intro prologue - not as detailed as I woulkd have loved to but at least the people had a little idea how the arcane energy circuit on the floor works hehe - anyway a little dream came true❤️

Thanks to my wonderful team, without which this dream would not have come true and to all who were there wobbling with their legs höhö😛 

To be continued... (there's already even a little hint at the end -> the person who guesses it first, gets a small sürprise à la 12 next year)😉

Here is the recording of my latest Kater Blau set. Thanks to everyone who was there, I had so much fun dancing and sharing music with you, and still feel super greatful for your lovely feedbacks after the set 🫶
It was an honor to play again at the Acid Bogen Floor, thanks to the Kater Blau crew for the invitation & for beeing so supportive and making me feel immediately comfortable.

Sitting by the sea with friends and watching the tides rise and fall to the rhythm of the moon and sun.

🧸 If you could live in any fictional world from a book or movie, where would you choose to live and why?
The Ewoks' village in "Return of the Jedi". It's a place I've always dreamed of visiting, with those cosy tree houses you'd love to settle your nest. Walking through the forest, from footbridge to footbridge. Not just one tree house, but an entire village - what a dream!

☕️ What do you normally eat for breakfast and on what time?
The only routine would be a coffee. For the rest, there are no rules. It depends on the day mood.

Our @heimlichaufsc crew teamed up again with the lovely @Journeytotarab Crew. This time we invited the amazing @Fernab-berlin Crew from Berlin to take part aswell. All Crews did an awesome job to create 3 beautiful floors at the Kosmos Kuriosum in Vienna <3

Unheimlich Fernab ins Tarab - Closing Heimlich Floor (Kosmos Kuriosum)

Last weekend I had the pleasure to join the celebrations for Rebellion der Träumer's 10 years birthday at Renate in Berlin.

This was nothing short of a spectacular weekend - with lovely people and amazing music for hours on end. Thanks to the packed, smiling and supportive dancefloor the three hours I was behind decks flew by (and I was super happy to get an extra hour on top of my original two!).

Loving high fives go to the friends in front row and to all the dancers, and a special thanks to those who went out of their way to give a word of appreciation after my set, both at Renate and after the event: I usually get super shy when it happens, but it means a lot.

A huge thanks to Renate for hosting the shenanigans and to the Rebellion gang for the invitation and the care - I felt right at home from beginning to end and look forward to connect with y'all next time ❤
