2005年より東京をベースに電子音楽を中心とした様々な活動を続け、2011年にはPleq『Good Night Two』（PROGRESSIVE FOrM/PFCD23）にも参加したhajimeinoueによる自身5年振りとなる待望の2rdアルバム！

本作ではこれまでのhajimeinoueのエッセンスを原点としつつも、根本となるソングライティングにおいてもディテールへの配慮においても格段に洗練され、正統派の電子音響から美しいテクスチャーのビート曲まで比類なき充実した作品として全てが昇華されています。

「astral」「seemless」「sea wave」といった収録曲に代表されるオーソドックスなアプローチでありつつも気が付けばその虜になってしまうような中毒性あるサウンドの根底を支えるのは、聴き手の心の琴線に触れ情景や情感を呼び起こさせる独特の優しいメロディーとコードワーキング。

また本作では、matryoshkaのボーカリストcaluと、PROGRESSIVE FOrMでアルバムをリリースしFugenn & The White Elephantsのアルバム『Prays』でも参加したNgatariのボーカリストJessicaが参加、アルバムに深い奥行きを与えています。

マスタリングはアーティストとしての高い評価を受けるKASHIWA Daisuke。
アートワークはLASTorderなども手掛ける気鋭のデザイナーAkita Yoshikoが担当しました。


◆アーティスト・プロフィール

バンドのトラックメーカーとして音楽活動をスタートした後、2005年よりhajimeinoueとしてソロ名義での活動にシフトチェンジ。
絵画的な構成を基に、柔らかなPADサウンドと多様なビートのトラックメイクで、日常の情景を切り抜いたようなサウンドが話題となる。
2006年、尺八奏者である小濱明人とのセッションから生まれたコラボレーションアルバム『visions.』を発表。
2008年に1stフルアルバム『motion and flow』を＜Shapeless Music＞より発表。
2010年よりミュージシャン、デザイナー、写真家、映像作家などにより構成されるクリエイティブ集団＜ArtLism.JP＞の中心的メンバーとして、これまでに５タイトルのコンピレーションアルバムに参加し、イベント「Party of ArtLism.Jp」を主催。
2011年、PROGRESSIVE FORMよりリリースのPleq『Good Night Two』にリミキサーとして参加。
2013年、UKのSomehow Recordingsより30分1trackのambientアルバム『snooze』を発表。

ライブは音源での緻密なトラックメイキングとは対象に、リアルタイムにサウンドを構築していくスタイルとダイナミックなパフォーマンスが注目され、2012年 Hors Pistes TokyoやDommuneへの出演など、多数のイベントに出演。SINSEN、DJ KENSEI、山本直樹（渋さ知らずオーケストラ）とのセッションユニットNEWBIRTHのメンバーとしても活動している。
また、様々なアーティストや企業、企画への楽曲提供、音響製作、プロデュース、コラボレーションなど、各方面において幅広く活躍中。
