Love Joy is a project born in December 2014 as a nostalgic effort to bring 90s alternative heavy rock and grunge back to life.
This is a solo project by Eduardo Amado, a Portuguese singer, songwriter, guitarist and keyboardist living in the Basque Country.
Main influences may vary from Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Sonic Youth or Smashing Pumpkins, all the way to Metz, Charly Bliss, Big Thief and Violent Soho, through some Iberian bands, such as Belako, Niña Coyote eta Chico Toronado, Ainara Legardon, Linda Martini or Ornatos Violeta.
