This took me best part of a day to construct. I can't read a note of music, but can usually pick things up by ear. So, I wanted to see if I could re-create the great strings intro on the latest Clean Bandit track, Rather Be...and here's my attempt!

This is the result of several hours of midi editing and mastering in order to re-create the excellent Lean On Me by Bill Withers. It's only my first attempt and I know not all of the notes are in the right place, but I enjoyed making it, I hope you'll enjoy listening to it!

Here's a piece of audio from BBC Radio 2 whereby I'd written in to Ken Bruce, to explain that every time I hear a presenter mention Paul Weller or poor weather when describing the travel conditions etc, my ears automatically attune to it thinking I'm getting a name check!

This is a short montage of the Flamethrower cut we had sung over in Dallas, TX recently. It shows where it originally was composed for; Z-100 in New York, how it was then adapted for BBC Radio 1 in the late 80s and then finally sung for my DJ show in January of 2016 by Jonathan Wolfert and the singers of Jam Creative Productions in Dallas.
