dear snow bunnies!

we've been in a little hibernation and are really looking forward to presenting you another great mixtape set from 'Magdeburch' for the new year.

marcoffski's love of music began in the mid-90s with the hip hop of the time from Germany and, as a logical consequence, the international hip hop scene in France and the US. many of these songs are still an important part of marcoffski's music today. 

the transition to other genres was already fluid back then. due to his environment (friends had a rehearsal room and played punk) the contact and interest in new music was always present. 

Beastie Boys and Rage Against The Machine were later just as often on the tape deck as hip hop. chilling out with friends to good old roots reggae was and still is a never-ending musical constant. 

with the first change of scenery (moving to Dessau to study) other musical genres found their way into marcoffski's understanding of music. soul, funk and jazz were then on his daily playlist as well.

with the decision to move to the state capital Magdeburg, he met many new friends. the new circle of friends consisted of many record collectors and people who also played them in clubs. it wasn't long before marcoffski also had record players at home and started collecting records. 

today, his collection includes all the genres mentioned above and he plays a set to match the occasion.

so close your eyes, open your ears and enjoy this unelectronic work of music arts with a lot of LOVE and smooth, but positive POWER.

Love Cast #026 - marcoffski

...it's all about LOVE ! ! !

we are a colourfully mixed dance floor collective from hamburg and after spreading our boundless love on local dance floors we decided in early 2018 to start throwing our own LOVE drunk parties.

after covid shockingly froze all dance floors and we couldn't organise any more parties for a while we wanted to create another loving platform for all the great DJs in our and our friends' crews to share authentic music LOVE with as many music lovers worldwide as possible! 

we are also keeing to shoot here and there a set from a well-known act, to which we do have connections and also offer talented newcomers, small local acts and also national and international artists a colourful stage here, to whom contact may then be made just because of our small project..

let's start our own intense soundcloud bubble with our 'LOVE CAST' - genre comprehensive with maximum LOVE.
