“For this mix, I chose a 40/60 split between vinyl and digital tracks, going back 2 back on both formats. I’ve selected tracks from across the past 3 decades including unreleased and forthcoming tracks from producers and labels I admire. Spanning from rhythmic techno, to raw 90s US house, to bass driven breaks and jungle to field recordings and intimate soundscapes my joy in recording this mix came from exploring and showcasing the array of underground sounds which I adore. You can see the set up I produced this mix on and some of the records included. Hopefully this gives listeners a sneak peak into the musical archives of NIKS in the lead up to my Warehouse Project debut”.
