This week on Instagram I was able to spend some time chatting with fans about some of the things they're going through and dealing with right now. I was so honored to hear their stories. Many talked about how mental health and anxiety has controlled their daily and life and how all the uneasiness happening right now is only making it worse. A lot of us are out of work, some are away from their families, scared for the future and so I was inspired to write "Trapped". It's so important we hold each other and know we are in this together. I hope this song makes you feel heard.
