A unique Collaborative Sound Journey with LoveRay & very special guests. 22Jul2021

What is LoveRay?

Nearly always, but not quite, a collaboration of sound healing between new musical and creative friendships, LoveRay entwines journeys of sound through time and space using hand-pan, didgeridoo and indigenous instruments from Aotearoa and beyond, with a mixed bag of organic and electronic sound vibration implements collected over many many years.

As featured at recent festivals such as NZSpirit, Resolution 2021, Earthbeat 2021 and Soul Fest 2021, to name a few.

Artists: Atlas Talisman, Gareth Price, Anneliese Kuegler, Stuart Corlett, Jamala Smythe and Cookie.

Together we journey inward and outward, offering healing intentions at a very subtle level and we share these intentions through gentle vibrations both musical and soulful.

Utilizing such evocative instruments as didgeridoos, crystal bowls, native American flutes, ancient wooden and stringed instruments to naturally realign and inform a deep state of blissful relaxation.

Simply turn up with something to lie on (yoga mat, towel or blanket) and a pillow or cushion to rest your head on. (some will be supplied if you forget)

Please arrive 10 minutes before 7pm to be relaxed and ready to begin at 7pm. We will finish at 8:15pm and gently arrive over the next 15min, with quiet conversation and warm hugs always available.

LoveRay is the future of 1960's lo fi - sci fi scary space monsters, tin foil and paper mache, mini skirts and swirly colors from another galaxy, come to spread green alien love bubbles on this concrete planet and its unsuspecting sleepy inhabitants. Shooting from the hip, with proud and sexy swagger in every step, LoveRay represents the next dimension of festival music and performance, with the familiar glow of distant stars from time gone by, and the time is right - to catch a flash of LoveRay tonight.
