Christina Gavrilova aka Forty Cats, a Russian progressive house diva, is one of the few female artists whose tracks have garnered impressive support on the world stage. The first big success arrived soon after the release of the "Fluency Rate" track on the well-recognized Ukrainian progressive artist 8Kays' label; the track has collected over 840,000 streams on Spotify alone since then. But the real breakthrough in Christina's musical career came in August 2019 when her debut EP "Highway" was launched on This Never Happened, Lane 8's personal label. It was followed by the official Forty Cats remix of one of the tracks from Lane 8's album, and soon after — another 3-track EP "Elastic Sun" at the end of 2020.

2021 was a very productive year for Forty Cats, marking a new era for the artist: making appearances on the top labels in the melodic and progressive house genres. Since then her releases have seen the light on Sudbeat, Mango Alley, Plattenbank, Manual Music, Meanwhile, Juicebox, YOMO, Kindisch, Monstercat Silk and more. The support of the Forty Cats tracks includes such names as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Nick Muir, D-Nox, GMJ & Matter, Eelke Kleijn, Gai Barone, Above & Beyond, Lane 8, Yotto, Gabriel & Dresden, Sultan+Shepard, Gai Barone, John 00 Fleming, Paul Oakenfold, Jaytech, Mike Koglin, Braxton, Cid Inc and many more.

At the beginning of 2022, Forty Cats was signed to the LDN artist agency from London, UK. By 2023 she was able to perform at international shows in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, and Armenia. As of now, Christina continues to release great singles, EPs, and remixes focusing on the beloved progressive house sound, shaping up her firm, recognizable sound, and also touring globally with the DJ sets.

The 117th edition of Juicebox Radio welcomes Kenan Savrun back to the fold. Hailing from Ankara (Turkey) and now based in New York (USA), the Turkish artist got his initial inspiration by the electronica greats as well as his local legends. Furthering his interest by practicing his DJ & production skills, Kenan shared the console with artists like Nick Warren, Cid Inc, Budakid & Jonas Saalbach, to name a few, as well as putting out top quality productions as well, helping his self-confidence as well as his global fanbase grow exponentially. We hosted Kenan Savrun on our imprint back in 2021 with his track "Sanguine" as part of our 'Elements' series and now we're glad to have him with an exclusive mix for our podcast.

From an early age he identified with music, which allowed him to have a high musical repertoire when it came to playing, at the age of 14 he began to mix, he was a resident on several occasions over time and was able to perfect himself during his artistic career, then he also joined music production and was looking for his own sound and style.

He went through many cabins and cities throughout his entire career. Today he tours Argentina taking his music and his productions to transmit something special and unique in each set.
He passed through provinces and very important places such as Córdoba, Mendoza, Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Tucuman, San Luis, among others.

His music is found on well-known record labels such as Club Sonica, One Of A Kind, Mango Alley, Ah Digital, Strangers Beats, 3rd Avenue, among others.
It has the support of Hernan Cattaneo on several occasions, Nick Warren, Mariano Mellino, Ewan Rill and many more artists from the current scene.

He is part of a DJ agency called How To Fly in which he has been a member for several years and where he was able to continue advancing and growing steadily with his career as an artist.
He identifies with atmospheric, melodic and enveloping sounds in each musical proposal.

DJ K Loveski was born and raised in St Petersburg and is a pioneer of the Russian house music scene.   
He started his career in 1992 by playing at the most significant underground parties and events, since then K Loveski never looked back. His DJ talent has taken him to more than 20 countries across the globe. 

He was voted the best St Petersburg DJ 2001 by Night Life Awards, as well as the winner of the International Grandmaster DJ Contest of 1995 and countless other awards.   Since 2000 K Loveski has been a popular resident of the legendary Kazantip Festival. 

K Loveski has been hosting his own legendary radio show at Radio Record since 1997 for thirteen years being famous for its open-minded approach, not only playing house music but also a full range of electronic and non-club music genres: ambient, modern classical, shoegaze, folktronic, ethno, funk, nu jazz, soul etc. Since 2016 he runs Sever radio show on Proton with Ewan Rill.

Always busy in his homecity of St Petersburg, K Loveski has been and still is a resident in the top St Petersburg house clubs: Tunnel, Mama, Griboyedov, Par, Decadance, Red Club, Planetarium, Pravda, Bubble Bar, Music Hall, Igrateka, Jesus, Warpp etc. 

Loveski's sound sits somewhere between all of the funky and sexy forms of house music, always stirring great reactions on the dancefloor. Broad musical taste allows him to feel equally confident at large open air festivals, club nights and even jazz events.   

K Loveski is also currently one of Russia's most promising producers, one of his first productions in 2005 being released on the top UK house label Sumsonic. His productions have been published throughout the world on labels such as The Soundgarden, Balance Music, Stellar Fountain, Magnitude Recordings, Soundteller, MNL, Transensations Records, Bonzai Progressive, Balkan Connection, Strangers Beats, BCSA, Yang, aboriginal, LuPS Records, PHW Elements, Movement Recordings, Massive Harmony, Parallel Label, Alola and more with support from top DJs Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Nick Muir, Andrea Cassino, Marcelo Vasami to name a few.
