It's a song I made off the top of my head from a riff I had been playing. It's about lying and how easy it is to be fooled by the bullshit. The truth is the only freedom. It's simplicity itself, but difficult if not impossible for anyone to master.

Made in REAPER using only free samples and plugins. The Microphone I used for this one was a pretty crappy dynamic karaoke mic. The guitar doubled as a bass. It's amazing what you can do with a few plugins.

Made in Reaper, using a guitar w/ various Lepou plugins, also using impulse responses of Orange 4x12 cabs. "Bass" was the same guitar with ReaPitch and a Lepou bass head. Drums are made in shortcirquit 1.1.2 running the "Salamander drumkit" (http://rytmenpinne.posterous.com/pages/salamander-drumkit).  Synths are U-HE Tyrell N6 and HERCs Music Systems Alien Artifact. Everything is legal and free.

Processing of sounds using mostly ReaComp and ReaEQ by Cockos, Rough Rider by Audio Damage (a good character compressor). Master mix was augmented with LoudMax 64bit by Thomas Mundt.
