Second round of Instrumental Hump Day! One of the upcoming Wednesdays, we'll release the other instrumental track from the Metal album, and then we'll start dropping a completely new project - more on that next time! 😉

This is the first track of the album titled Requiem Quia Magnus Vir (Requiem for a Great Man).  (The whole album is here: https://on.soundcloud.com/vkejD1ius8hakLYYA) 

The Introitus could be compared to an overture at an opera. It is, anyway, the first part of the Roman Catholic Mass for the Dead, or Requiem, which is recited or performed as the Deceased is being first presented at the altar. 

If you're familiar with the Introitus but find something strange in the vocals, it might be because I've feminised the godhead (to Domina) and changed Jerusalem to Avalon.
