A brand new Belgian record label based in the sounds of breakbeat, garage, house, rave and jungle. The first release is provided by Ghent-based producer duo Agassi 93. The first track on this double A-side release, ‘Opening Ceremony’, contains an ominous atmosphere before plunging into breakbeat madness, while ‘Objects Eventually Break’ takes things down a notch with a solid house groove that mutates into different forms. This first record is just a taste; you can expect a steady dose of proper dance tunes tailor-made for the warehouse rave in the coming months.

To get hyped up for Agassi 93’s second release on Low Orbit Records, the Ghent-based duo has taken on Hyph Mngo by Joy Orbison, the kind of tune that hits a certain spot no other track can.

This track represents the golden era when dubstep crossed over into different territories. More than 14 years after its release, it still stands tall as a timeless classic. Agassi 93 took on this gem and gave it their own 155bpm amen-laden spin to create a version that pounds harder and takes more turns yet honours the original as one of the greatest dance tracks of our generation.

Low Orbit launches another Agassi 93 release into the stratosphere. Our second release from Agassi 93, who kick things off with ‘Ornament & Crime’, a track that seamlessly transitions from slow-paced modulated drums to a frenzy of distorted turmoil. Dystopian sounding jungle workout ‘DAWN ver. β’ envelops you in a tapestry of evolving textures and organic breakbeat chaos. To close it off, is the ambient track ‘Mirror Of Emptiness’, which evokes the feeling of melancholy as if you were lost in the clouded remnants of a deserted city. The rave has ended, but the mist remains.
