Low key is an electronic music project by DJ and producer Partha Kakati. Partha has a background in music stretching back to his early childhood when he initially heard electronica at different clubs in and around Guwahati.

His early days were spent playing commercial and hip-hop sounds for places like Metro pub, XS and NYX in Guwahati. Low key possesses the qualities of an enthusiastic artist. His skillful song selection and experimenting with new underground music genres has motivated him with his newly discovered love for underground house and techno.

At present Low key is featuring for radio shows like The Exhibit & Radioholic.
Low key has earned numerous accolades at venues like Taj Vandaag – The gateway hotel Hinjewadi, Azzurro baner while playing for events by Eventesia, Ignite, Hotcue, Ecartels & SoundAbode under his old alias MADKO.
