IV was made by the Aedi network in December 2020 as an experiment in creative minimalism.

Each track was made using only four audio channels with one sound source each. 24 contributions were submitted and anonymously voted down to 6 by the over 200 producers on the label.

The rules were:

" Your project should only have four channels with one sound source each.

- Return tracks do not count as a channel.
- Group buses do not count as a channel.
- Parallel processing is allowed.
- Drum & Instrument Racks are > not < allowed.
- Effects Racks are allowed.
- Outboard gear is permitted as long as you use only four sounds in total.

Example: kick, snare, hat, and tom from a 909 count as four sounds."

We hereby announce our first release on this new born label. It is such a pleasure to welcome Dåggěr to our series of EPs. He has developed a great unique sound character in his works, which lies between natural and digital. With entrancing grooves he manages to pull the listener into a world full of movement. The tribal drums intersect perfectly with digitally synthesized sounds to create goosebumps amongst the audience.

Dåggěr's biography: 

The compound array of visions, sound design and rhythm that Dåggěr has portrayed through his works entails both the versatile yet keen development of his musically crafted world. Within the deep, energetic and enigmatic sides of Techno, his music represents the inspiration for intricate compositions with the pursuit of synesthesia. The use of percussive elements, bass, and textured coruscating, electric syntheses blended together, give way to his style in productions and sets, usually related with the surrealistic and psychedelic bonds. 
 
Born in Pereira, Colombia and having started his career years ago, he was greatly influenced by the essential Techno and electronic music background of his city and people within the community who have had an important impact on him as the flow of ideas, open-mindedness and curiosity were common among everyone.  
 
By the year 2018 he had already begun his project with a previous alias, which recalls several of the vital foregrounds for the now entrenched vision as Dåggěr.

With a sense of active, tribal-like serenity, Kletis applies a naturalistic touch on Eafhm’s - Distant Mar. Together with a mild sense of mental freedom, the composition hovers over the borders of our soul's extensions. Swaying beats stemming from the combination of pumping kicks with an elemental, levitating atmosphere provide a powerful companion to the track's explorative character. Its rhythmic pulsation without being fast-paced is so strong that it develops a spiritual vibe, able to synchronize our minds, bodies, and hearts. Wandering through this airy atmosphere, we face a tender reality that welcomes us to its delicate, soothing embrace.

Monument premieres an interpretation by Kletis of the track "Distant Mar". The release "Distant Mar" will be released on UNHEARD, 15th of October.

We are so thrilled about the upcoming release on Whispering Signals. This time it`s up-and-rising Columbian artist Zemög with his 3 original tracks including Daniel[i] revisit. Deep suspension, tribal minimalism, and delicate whispers dominate the textured and meditative spaces of Zemög's universe. The imaginary and exuberant places, the waves that travels above the crystal clear water, the mist and the path to an unknown mountain. The drums resound their acoustic vibration and call our ancestors. Monument premieres the track “Fisiltilar” from the upcoming release, which will be out on the 3rd of March.

The valley is quiet and silent, only disturbed by the light whispering of the wind in the
trees. The sounds are soft and soothing, mixing rhythmic notes and murmuring voices.
The melodies envelop the tranquil landscape and invite to a meditative walk.

Sunlight streams through the leaves, creating shifting shadows on the valley floor. The
songs of the bees add to the natural melody and complete the calm and peaceful
landscape. The golden hour approaches …
