Stillness Of The Heart is the 2nd single from the band's first EP Rolling Road to be released in the second half of this year.
The song is a power ballad with a contagious feel, hints of the 80's soundscapes with polyphonic synthesizers and cutting guitar riffs and solos making a counterpoint to the lead vocals that vary from husky whispers in the verses to an energy explosion in the choruses.
Stillness Of The Heart was composed and produced by the band and recorded live on a gray rainy day in November 2014 at Sugar Cane Studios in South London with Even Fromreide as sound & mixing engineer and mastered in Oxford with the legendary Tim Turan (The Ramones, Thin Lizzy, Marilyn Manson, Gaz Coombes)

British and Brazilian (Brazitish) 2 piece alternative rock band, LOWLY HOUNDS, is the child of Nick Varey (guitar, vocals) and Miggy (drums). The two piece obsesses over classic rock, synthetic soundscapes and messages of escapism and freedom.  Heart-on-sleeve live performances show of their eclectic energy and dynamic songs reminiscent of Supergrass, Fleetwood Mac and Two Door Cinema Club.

Mixing a vintage sound with groove and synths the two guys are pretty sure they are going to change the world – forever.
