There is no "call to action" in these.  you are asking your audience to go to this page to save your station.  

There is nothing different about these IDs or encouraging your audience to act on this important issue.  It falls under the same rules as using an outside vendor's "fundraising page" to save your radio station as far as the FCC rules are concerned.  Feel free to ask an attorney.  We did.

Play them a lot.  They sound GREAT over song intros.

NCE-FM advocates will say, "But it's their slogan or trademark... and therefore legal."

What defines a slogan or trademark and why is this text not in the NCE-FM rules?

This slogan in the attached underwriting audio sounds like a spot to us.

Can any local business also slap together a quick "trademark" when underwriting on a Low Power FM radio station?

Can a car lot make this their trademark...

"The place to go to get the best deal on the best cars - but only if you call 555-1212 now and ask for Bob. Call now... now I say!  Save thousands now - by calling!"

Seems like it's the same NCE-FM rule that NPR is able to enjoy.

The same impossible-to-understand, must-be-fixed yesterday, lame old NCE-FM rule that will never work for LPFM.

One of the million and a half reasons that commercials are coming to LPFM.

This group is where we report on our experiences with other LPFM "experts" in the "fake LPFM Facebook groups" who made you believe they were on your side... while they watched stations suffer and, in the end, saw those stations turn their licenses back in to the FCC.

They are run by people who have 6,000 watts or more.

They don't have any good advice for your 100 watt station.

500 LPFM stations have turned in their licenses or permits to the FCC after they were fully granted and, often, built and operated for years

All of it in just the last 15 years.

The LPFM service was created only 15 years ago.
