A year Ago I weighed 303lbs, then a friend of mine introduced me to CrossFit and it completely changed my life.  I am down 70lbs and working hard to drop even more."  I was so inspired by my transformation that I created a song about never giving up, over coming obstacles and always pushing forward.  The song is produced by my friend Dahoud Darien who has produced records for Big Pun "Still Not A Player", Jay-Z "Can Knock The Hustle", The Game Ft. Keyshia Cole "Games Pain" and more.  The single is from my upcoming album "Underground With Commercial Appeal" which features Guilty Simpson, Skyzoo, Sadat X, Torae, Chi-Ali, Punchline, Livin Proof, OhNo & more.
