They say get help. But sometimes it's hard to know from where. The voice inside says "everyone is busy and bothering them again about problems they can't understand just to hear platitudes that don't translate into meaningful advice isn't how I want to spend the afternoon". Socially acceptable thing to say is "you have to ignore that voice and reach out anyway" but the truth is, sometimes there isn't anyone to reach out to. If you have someone, don't take that for granted and sure, reach out boo. Get your platitudes, it doesn't feel like it helps but trust me it does. But if you genuinely don't have anyone, know that I know how that feels.
