Brady's original, done up in LGPT, is covered note for note (more or less) by an overdubbed ensemble of some 60 real-world instruments, including lap and pedal steel guitars, (crappy) acoustic pianos, two drum kits, up to five simultaneous bass tracks, and a bunch of Telecasters feeding back through a bass stack to provide the drone. Some of Brady's original percussion elements are also used, and the gate for the steel guitars is triggered off of his original amplitude-modulated dual-lead line.

First experiment with SunVox (1.72b). First contri to Soundevotion (round 72, Fairlight CMI sample pack / theme) using nine dumb little originally-unprocessed samples allegedly taken from the original Fairlight factory disks. This is a twelve-tone piece based on the tone row [F A Ab Eb Db E G B Bb C D Gb], which is a row derived (through my own admittedly arbitrary method, starting with exchange of equivalent letters of text --> common US / German pitch class names) from the twelve-character phrase "Fairlight CMI", spelling out the source instrument's name over and over in all of the music's pitch content. (Drums are not pitched and thusly not serialized either.)
Just a goofy experiment.
