No Bad Days with Hollick - February 2022

Last Friday I had the most important & nicest gig in my dj career, playing @ Trouw. All the cliches about this fantastic venue are absolutely true. Lovely & caring crew, awesome audience & amazing sound system make this spot the best venue in the Netherlands & one of the best in the world. 

So it was an absolute honor to play at Trouw. Lucky for me, my set was recorded. I played an two hour set right before Metro Area in De Verdieping. I hope you enjoy the listening as much as I did playing there.

We've been ever so busy tracking down some sweet beats for our latest offering and boy, oh boy have we got a treat in store for you…! This latest episode comes from one of the finest European exports the electronic music scene has birthed in recent years. Welcome to the series, AXEL BOMAN!

This man needs no introduction as he’s been purveying all sorts of weirdness to the electronic crowd for the last four years to critical acclaim. Never one to be pigeonholed, Axel has this knack for creating such weird and hypnotic atmospherics in his music such is reflected in the eclectic nature of his own imprint Studio Barnhus. When it comes to being a DJ, Axel knows how to get inside your head and mess around!

Japan is probably my favourite country to visit in the world.  Love the food, love Sake, love the technology, love the trains, love the people. I travelled to Hush in Osaka first then made it up to Tokyo for a Sleeping Bag party at the famous Womb club in Shibuya. Here you have a live recording of my session from the night. Oct 2014.
