Brooklyn emcee LR Blitzkrieg, CO-CEO of MCMI,1/3 of Hydra and founder of the rap crew The Plague, is here with his first solo release “Proxy.” Produced by Atlanta MC/Producer Ness Lee, Proxy takes you on a journey of living life to the fullest. Through the lens of newfound fame and wealth, Blitz paints a picture of hip hop extravagance and classic fun, with a hook that starts off with a prayer:

I pray the lord my soul to keep

When I wake up we gon’ spend all this cake!”

While he can still draw breath, LR Blitzkrieg is not only going to live each day as if it is his last, he will live it up for those who will never have the chance to. The song is a tribute and prayer for people like Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Philando Castille as well as for Blitz’s lifelong friend and label mate Robert “PH”Diaz all whose lives were cut short far too soon.
