Porcelain is joined by the fabulous artist Beatrice Vorster this month. Beatrice (tape_2046) is an artist engaging with ideas of cinematic haunting and mediated bodies through audiovisual experiments with recording and reproducing. She bootlegs cinematic archetypes, often parodying structural and narrative cliches.

She performs and releases music as tape_2046 playing regularly across London spaces and international airwaves. 

Recent exhibitions include VHS and Edge Cases, both at TACO! & Surface Tension at Des Bains in 2024 in London; the cinema at TICK TACK in Antwerp and Geist Enclosure at Studio Ghost 2023 in Tokyo; Not before it has forgotten you at Nicoletti Contemporary; i <3 your output at Greengrassi in 2022 in London.

The 2nd track from "Howl", a collaboration between "Brink Dance Company", "Howl Creative", & "LSMarley". Composed for an art installation on topic of rave culture and escapism,featuring lighting, visuals, and contemporary dance. The work was first presented in Holy Trinity Church Leeds 05/10/2017, as a commission for "Light Night Leeds".
