Sound Sessions has ventured out of the studio and into student living rooms. Local artists Pariss Elektra, Joseph Moore and Altar Hanglands filled the evening with acoustic performances. Listen to the previews here - full footage coming very soon.

Having organised and recorded gigs around Leeds, Sound Sessions brings you two hours of broadcasting dedicated to showing off the year that we've had. 

Tracking our time chronologically we start with Charlie Straw. 

Secondly we look back to a Spoken Word special that was held up in the LSR office. Featuring the talented group from LUU's Spoken Word society we pick out our favourite picks from the evening. 

VITAMIN featured in their own Sound Session just before Christmas. The band who have recently been signed to SONY treated us to a very exclusive set with vocals and a steel drum.

Our final hour is dedicated to the most exciting Sound Session to date. Our livingroom set featured performances from local leeds busker Joseph Moore,  Altarhanglands and Pariss Elektra. The evening was electric and we're so happy that we can share it with through this podcast.

On LSR Presents this week, the live team bring you a Sound Sessions special. Join Tanya, Olivia and Isaac to hear the premiere of the tracks from this year's first live session at Pyramid from Charlie Ridler and Pneuma. The team also chat about the year's second neo-soul themed session at Hyde Park Book Club with Chrissy D, Garde Dog and GRACIE and in exclusive interviews Amber chats to Pneuma and GRACIE. The show also features a lo-fi hip-hop mini mix in promotion of our next session coming up at Hyde Park Book Club.
