For the past fifteen years, the Zillas have been resident DJs at MAKING TIME, Philadelphia's never-ending nightlife institution. Since the 2019 release of their EPs Black Cat (Optimo Music) and She Takes NRG (Ivan Smagghe’s Les Disques de la Mort), the Zillas have been busy building a steady catalog of EPs, tracks, and remixes for labels like Polari, Nocturne, Dischi Autunno, Inside Out, Multi Culti, Throne of Blood, Microdosing, and more. Along the way, they’ve garnered support from futuristic fellow travelers like Roman Flügel, Dixon, Jennifer Cardini, Justin Strauss, Bradley Zero, Sean Johnston, and many others. Deep in the studio or out in the club, the Zillas mix slow-motion death disco, dubbed-out drum machine music, and of course ACID to excite party people from all planets.

A quarter into the century, Swedish producer-DJ-song writer Johan Blende has found his passion for making music again. With a record out last year on Sweden label Studio Barnhus, forthcoming releases on some of Europe’s leading electronic music record labels and more material in the bag than ever before, 2025 is oﬀ to a bright start. During the 2010s he was enjoying success releasing records mainly on Belgian disco label Eskimo Recordings collaborating with singers Mattie Safer, Gustaph, Kelli-Leigh,

Mickael Karkousse & Rebecca Scheja, along with remixing a variety of acts such as Lana Del Rey, Ms Dynamite & DJ Fresh, Korn, Skrillex, Goose and Klaxons, producing for bands like Fenech Soler & Le Galaxie and playing records in nightclubs across Europe, the US and Asia. To follow, a long overdue break was needed in order to explore things

outside music further and to try and get his inspiration back, a break which is now coming to an end.

Born in Stockholm he currently resides in warmer climates down south in Athens, Greece. The long love for all things disco is still there to be heard but the new material is also expanding on his more eclectic & electronic music roots whilst also slowly getting back into his first love in music craftsmanship that dates back all the way to the mid ‘90s

- DJ-ing.

Through illusive approach, Dan's musical spectrum is wide and reflects through his vast dancefloors experiences.

From Jerusalem & Tel Aviv’s clubs and rooftops, to Berlin’s dark voids and back - Dan’s journey began in legendary clubs Haoman17 & Block, where he soaked the minerals needed to approach DJ sets, while feeling the pulse of the dancefloor.

In 2006, Dan joined "Legotek" , an infamous crew rocking Tel Aviv rooftops and clubs, only to later form his own "Freaktion" - collective of artists rocking nights on the city’s best venues: The Block, Breakfast Club, Bootleg, Deli & many more. 

After settling in Berlin in 2014, Dan became a member of the notorious Ritter Butzke crew, co-founding the weekly "Donnersducks" parties with DJ & Producer Tripolitan, and the "deja groove" concept parties with Tropical Camel, all while touring weekly around Europe’s finest dancefloors.

2019 marked the return to Tel Aviv, launching “Delight” pop-up parties, and managing booking & promotion of Jerusalem’s super cave Pergamon Club.

Mid 2021 Dan began a successful partnership with Producer, DJ & musical icon Nadav Ravid: “<120” : Conceptual parties focusing on the slower side of the dancefloor, drawing inspiration from the famous “A Love From Outer Space” parties, founded by Andrew Weatherall & Sean Johnston.

As a DJ, Dan avoids genre definitions, while constantly shifting between light & dark, fast & slow, focusing on the feeling
