Nesta data, ocorreu um evento na Av. Afonso Vaz de Melo, próximo a PUC de Barreiro, conforme ordem de serviço nº 306812/41º BPM, acordado entre o comando e organização do evento, denominado “Palco Hip Hop”,  onde vários artistas gênero se apresentaram, dentre os quais destacamos a participação do presente conduzido de codinome “Emicida”, este na abertura do seu show, proferiu os seguintes dizeres: “eu apoio a invasão do terreno “Eliana Silva”, região do Barreiro, tem que invadir mesmo, levantem o dedo do meio para cima, direcione aos policiais, pois todos esses tem que se fuder. Vale a pena lembrar que o público presente estava em grande quantidade e tais declarações objetivavam insuflar o público contra os policiais militares que estavam de serviço no evento, que colocou em risco a integridade física dos policiais militares e dos envolvidos no evento. Diante do exposto, esperamos que o cantor Emicida terminasse o seu show, oportunidade em que foi dado voz de prisão ao autor pelo crime de desacato, sendo garantido seus direitos constitucionais. Conduzimos o referido a delegacia regional de Barreiro para as providências que couber o fato. Ressalto que a testemunha Evandro Roque de Oliveira irmão do autor e o senhor Elcio Pacheco o advogado do conduzido. “
