OH SHIT, this is the 100th track in my "Post-Return" playlist! Pretty sure I forgot to add some of my tracks to that, though! so, uh. ...Oh, whatever.

I downloaded two MIDIs for this song, one for the After the Fire version and one for the Falco original, and wouldn't you know it the Falco MIDI sounded more like the After the Fire version than the MIDI made specifically for the AtF version. BUT there was a banner ad with just the cutest little baby on the page that I got it from, so it wasn't a total loss. But anyways, the result of that is I've inadvertently created a hybrid song of the two versions by attempting to instill bits from the After the Fire version that were worth including. ...For me, this is essentially Tainted Love: the Right Way, in a bizarre sense because it's 80s stuff, and it'll probably become relatively popular, knowing the Internet (edit: okay, but actually fuck everybody? this song is better?), BUT I actually enjoy this song, so.

Also, I can't believe it's taken me THIS LONG to realize that :carpet-ride: comes from VB Wario Land. I had to reeeeally think about the way that Wario's head was drawn before I realized.

Here is a cover of "Candy Mountain" arranged to sound like a tune from Kirby's Dream Land. For this, I used Famitracker but had to redo the drums on my DAW; I cut up samples from a KDL track and used those. I also manually added stereo.
