One of the brightest stars on the label is back again after his absolutely genre dominating debut EP ‘Unseen Forces’. An artist who has been speed running up the ranks in popularity with releases on prestigious and respected labels such as Dispatch Recordings and Flexout Audio, and a multitude of features already on under his belt on the Yamatai imprint solidifying himself as one of our labels most successful and favourite artists.

We can now happily announce Acris' return to the label with his absolutely outrageous two track club smasher ‘Dog Funk / Badman Sound.

The king of sound design is back after a short hiatus. Since his last appearance on the highly acclaimed Unseen Forces EP back in December Leon has been on a mission of pure dominance in the Drum & Bass scene. Releasing banger after banger. The budding Austrian producer cannot be stopped and is a ever evolving artist, with each release out doing his last. With recent success over on our good friends over at Transparent Audio and native Austrian label Empathy Audio, Leon has been paving a way for his name across the globe and we love to see it!

It’s been so refreshing to sit back and what his progression over the last few years. Starting with his debut track ‘Let It Go’ back in April last year which was a heavily focused liquid anthem that took the world by storm then rolling to December with arguably his most popular release ever his ‘Unseen Forces EP’. Two massively different styles which further showcased Leon’s immense ability to write any style to an outstanding quality.

‘Dog Funk / Badman Sound’ are once again a showcase of this versatility that Acris possesses. One track that is heavily focused on aggressive basses, sharp transitions and thumping drums while the other is styled more to the old foghorn style with a new age twist.

Acris is back with two new club tracks, both outrageous and ready to cause another stir!
