Lubna is a singer-songwriter of North-African and European origin. Her young appearance
may be deceiving, as her voice is characterized by a dark and mature sound. 

Her songs serve as a diary in which she contemplates about her life. Some songs are happy, some are dark. One thing all her songs have in common is that they are dripping with emotion and passion. Her sound is often compared to artists like Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, and ZAZ.

Her roots are a metaphor for her sound. She's a real ‘melting-pot’ with her Algerian, French, Moroccan and Luxembourgian descent. And so is her music which is inspired by all different kinds of genres such as Blues, Folk, Jazz, Funk and all other sounds. Lubna often says: “It’s hard to categorize my music, but as long as people are touched and they feel the soul of my music, then my mission is accomplished!”
